SMS Terms & Conditions

Norcal Glow Co LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") offers an SMS messaging program to provide project updates, promotional offers, appointment reminders, and service notifications to subscribers who opt in. By opting in to our SMS program, you agree to these SMS Terms & Conditions.

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our website or otherwise opting in to receive text messages from us, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated marketing text messages and service notifications from Norcal Glow Co LLC at the mobile number provided.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not need to opt in to SMS to use our services or receive project quotes and installation. You can enjoy all services whether or not you subscribe to SMS. We maintain timestamped records of all opt-in actions and comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and all applicable laws.

Message frequency varies based on your project status, interactions with us, and our promotional calendar. You may receive up to 15 messages per month. We will not send messages outside of reasonable business hours (8 AM - 8 PM California local time) unless you have specifically requested otherwise.

Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier's pricing plan. Please consult your mobile carrier's pricing plan for details. We are not responsible for any charges you may incur from your mobile carrier for receiving SMS messages.

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by:

• Replying STOP to any text message you receive from us
• Emailing us at help@norcalglowcollc.com with your phone number and request to opt out

After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message. You will no longer receive marketing messages from us unless you opt in again. All opt-out requests are processed within 24 hours.

Our SMS program is supported by major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and most regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator.

Your phone number and opt-in status will be stored securely and used only for the purposes described in these terms. We will not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes. Information sharing to support services (project delivery, customer service) is permitted as described in our Privacy Policy.

Messages may include:

• Project quotes and estimates
• Installation scheduling and confirmations
• Project progress updates
• Appointment reminders
• Service promotions and special offers
• Maintenance reminders
• Seasonal lighting announcements
• Time-sensitive promotional offers
• Other marketing content related to LED lighting and outdoor lighting services

You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in our SMS program. By opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any delays, failure to deliver, or errors in the content of SMS messages. We are not responsible for any charges from your mobile carrier or any damages resulting from message delivery failures.

We follow all applicable industry guidelines for SMS communications, including CTIA best practices, and our messaging program complies with the TCPA and all applicable laws.

We reserve the right to modify these SMS Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
