Terms of Service

By accessing or using the services provided by Norcal Glow Co LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

Norcal Glow Co LLC provides professional LED landscape lighting design, installation, maintenance, and related services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.

• Maintain safe access to property
• Comply with all applicable local codes and regulations
• No unlawful use of services
• Property owner must have authority to authorize work

Projects are completed based on written estimates and agreements. Installation dates and timelines are estimates and subject to weather conditions and property access. We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. Customers must provide safe access to property and notify us of underground utilities.

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Deposits may be required to schedule installation. Final payment is due upon project completion. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 14 days' notice for posted prices.

All work is guaranteed for one year from installation date. LED fixtures are covered under manufacturer's warranty (20+ year lifespan typical). Labor warranty covers installation defects. Normal wear and damage from improper maintenance or accidents are not covered.

All project designs, renderings, and intellectual property created by Norcal Glow Co LLC remain our property. You may not reproduce or distribute designs without our express written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Norcal Glow Co LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

Our services are provided with professional expertise and care. We make no additional warranties beyond those explicitly stated in this agreement.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Norcal Glow Co LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

We may terminate your project or access to our services if you breach these Terms or engage in unlawful conduct.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Placer County, California.

Our messaging program complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), and follows CTIA best practices.
